Wax and Cleaner

We’re new to hybrids and need to clean (some dark grey streaks) and wax my 2014 hybrid. Can I use car cleaner and wax or is there something specific to campers I should use?

Thx

The best cleaner I've found for removing crud and black streaks is Maguires cleaning wax, in a burgundy bottle. The stuff WORKS! I tried everything under the sun but nothing would cut it. Maguires Cleaning Wax removes all black streaks and leaves a nice smooth finish. I can't say enough about it.

Works great on our Roo 19. Super easy on and wipes off just as easy. Great finish look. Also removes black streaks. Always best to wash RV roof too. Helps to keep streaks at a minimum. Click image for larger version

I'd never use a "Magic Eraser" on the exterior surface of a R/V. They are made from melamine foam which is abrasive.

Lots of photos of damage to fiberglass, painted exteriors, glass, stainless, etc all over the R/V forums.

Magic eraser with LOTS of water and you should be fine. I used one on my fiver, again with lots of water, and had good results.
