It was a trip I had tried to do in 1987 but couldn't.
It was overwhelming and mind boggling to think what those men did to defeat Hitler.
D-Day alone should explain why they are the Greatest Generation.

Was there in 1987 and have to agree with both bikendan and Truckdogg4. You can walk anywhere in the cemetery and hear a pin drop. Perfectly manicured. No one talks above a whisper. God Bless all the veterans and their families.
