Aviation Ordnanceman (1969 - 1678) - made AO1 & in 1978 commissioned as an ensign (6365) & became a WEPSO. Retired in 1998.

Special Purpose and Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Transportation Squadron. USAF. Worked my self from supervisor to the Unit Training Manager along with a few other fun duties. Miss it all. Injured during the gulf war and medically retired.

Just asking,but what is "Signals Intell."in the USAF? Sounds like Army.

For most of my career it was 207X2. They all changed a few years before I retired and I can't remember the new AFSCs. I think it is selective memory...

Ah. I was an X1. They changed and combined the two career fields to 1N2X1. I think that's what it still is, but I couldn't be sure.

I was a 43151E (jet mechanic,over x engines) in 1960-1964. I feel so old reading these "New" AFCS's.

79-84 753X0 Combat Arms Instructor, career field went south when they gave us to the cops. Cross trained, 121X0 Survival Instructor, 84-92, what a great job. I still miss it every day.

Survival Instructor, eh x90rider? At Fairchild? You could have been one of my instructors. I went through in September or so of '84. I did the Arctic survival in Alaska in January of February of '85. THAT was COLD.
