Fort Ord, CA basic, 3/68, Ft Eustis VA, Huey School and Vietnam environmental training (all of one week) Camp Casey, Korea 7th Inf. , 67th Avn Co Wings of the Jayhawk, Stuttgart Germany, 604th DS Camp Holloway, PLeiku Vietnam. 1st Combat Air TOW Team, Pleiku, RVN Crewchief, NUH-1B with XM-26 TOW System, Remainder of tour. Ft Stewart GA, 298th MP, FT Benning GA 478th AVN Heavy Helicopter, UH-1H Crewchief, 5 years, 9 months and about 2000 hours of burning JP-4. What a ride.

Started my service in the Army as a 63B Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, changed to 11B for Drill SGT school. Switched to the Air Force as a 2T3X0, General Purpose Vehicle Mechanic and then a 3S2X1 Unit Training Manager. Went back to the Army and became a 915A Chief Warrant Officer 2. Retired January 7, 2014 after 23.5 years.
