Still working UXO jobs
We're getting ready to hit the road in our new UXO mobile. My wife is headed to UXO tech 1 school later this month. Then we go to work.
Until then, we split our time between Bonita Springs, FL and Ft Wayne, IN.
Still into motorcycling? I ended up with an 05 Goldwing. Love it even after 60 K miles so far.
I'm not in the Nat EOD assn. What's it about?

Well, my first 6 years in U.ncle S.am's C.onfused G.roup I was a Subsistence Specialist (fancy name for a cook). Well, I finally grew up, realized I had half a brain and switched over, after 6 months of intensive training, to be a Health Services Technician. After doing this for 3 years, the CG sent me to an Army school in Aurora Colorado for 35G and 35U, basic and advanced biomedical electronics repair technician. I did this for my last 11 years in the Coast Guard. It was my most rewarding job of my entire 20 year 7 month and 15 days of my career in the Coast Guard.

USCG ADCS Retired
I spent 20 years and 20 days in the Coast Guard. After boot camp I went to AD A school and spent my entire time in Coast Guard Aviation. Crewed on C130 B, H, Hu16E, C131A and Hu25A. As you can see all fixed wing.
Since retirement I spent a short time with Falcon Jet as a Factory rep and the last 12 years as a Project engineer for Dresser-Rand.
Regina and I are planning to retire this summer and spend our winters where its warm. We are booked this next winter at Mac Dill. My dream to become a snowbird is finally here!
