I started out in 74 as a 26L which became 29M(Tacticl Microwave/sattellite repair) and them became 31M. My secondary was 54B for 17 yrs. (NBC). Retired in Mar of 95 with 21 yrs.

Thanks to all of you. We can't come close to any of your accomplishments. My partner was married to a Navy airman for over 20 years. That was a hard job, but no one was shooting at anyone else.

It appears that the specialty codes have changed over the years, but I was a Petroleum Supply Officer in the US Army Quartermaster Corps. I believe my code was 92D back in the 80s, but now it would be 92F. After leaving active duty with 9 years of service I then joined an Army National Guard unit in NC for a few years. In the ANG I was a Petroleum Engineer with a Corps of Engineers unit.
I now regret that I got out, but I thought it was the right decision at the time...

I'm surpised I still remembered that stuff. I actually remember my serial number now that I think about it. LOL
