What was/is your Favorite Assignment

My favorite assigntment was with the MFO in the Sinai in Egypt. I was stationed there for a year from Nov90-Nov91. The SCUBA diving was awesome and I got to go into Isreal and do a lot of sight seeing while over there. I was stationed on South Camp in Sharm El Sheik at the Southern tip of the Sinai.

Mine was in 1994 doing counter-drug OPS. I had a platoon of SEALs on the ship and provided a radar platform to vector their RIBS for ship takedowns. Was highly exciting and motivating to be around them. They're a little "wild" away from the job, but easily the most professional I have seen doing the job. I could say the same for the SBU guys who support them.

And got a cute lil ribbon too. I always thought the ribbon should be _hit brown with dead fly clusters.
