HD Street Glide here. The Can Am looks like fun, and it turns heads for sure. We wouldn't discriminate in our group...we have HDs, Yamahas, Suzis, Kawis, BMWs, you name it. Just haven't had any riding buddies buy a Spyder yet!

Polaris coming out with the Sling Shot, a 3 wheeler to compete with the Can Am. Side by side seating, looks totally wild. Will be considered a motorcycle in most states.

We have several Harleys a FLH street glide style and two customs. I have rode the Can Am Spyder and really liked it. Different but fun. Heck a moped is fun to ride, but you just don't want your friends to see you on it.

Real people over 60 can ride forever on three wheels. So never say never. This 60 + women just got her cycle endorsement. Keep riding and enjoy what ever you ride

Have seen pic of the Sling Shot, I am not so sure I could adjust to a side by side. However, the speed is awesome and who knows it could be a lot of fun. Would like to test one

I'm restoring a 1979 Can-am 250 Qualifier but I suspect your ref to Can-am is related to the more recent three-wheeled iteration.

Sling shot does look cool, will give the Spyder some competition.

What exactly are you looking to "see?" Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, and the crew from SOA? H-D has aggressively marketed its new products, and they've won over a lot of riders, including doctors, lawyers, and other professional people. We might not look the part but we really don't care what you think we look like. The new Rushmore bikes are pretty awesome--sure, they've had some growing pains, but at least they're growing. They lured me away after I was riding a metric cruiser for 9 years, and I won't go back. If Suzuki made a heavy cruiser with all the features I wanted, I might still be on one, but they don't, so I'm not.

Try a test ride, dude.

I have an Ultra Classic.
A friend of mine has a Spyder and he puts a ton of miles on it! He loves it!
