V-Star 1100 Classic
Picked this up at a great price used. I've got about 3K miles of my own on it now and absolutely love this bike. It came with pipes and an intake so all I've added was a set of stage-I jets. Still getting 50+ mpg @ 75 mph all day long

Those are great bikes. I had a 650 V-Star and loved it. Had the custom pipes, jets, and lots of chrome. I traded hobbies though (bike for a boat). Then came the drought...and the high gas prices.
