A tip after you winterize

So...my husband and I make and sell cutting boards and all sorts of other functional wooden items. So here is my tip. When you're winterizing and putting your camper to bed for the winter months, don't neglect your wooden cutting boards! Treat them with mineral oil, or butcher block oil, or cutting board conditioner. They're more able to handle changes in temperature and humidity if you keep them treated. And don't neglect your wooden spoons, spatulas, knife handles, etc . ALL wooden ware needs to be treated to make it last. And at the same time, treat any cast iron you have in your camper to make sure it doesn't rust during the off season. Our last trip of the season ends tomorrow. We're very sad. ...
