automatic blackwater valve

I have a 2008 Cedar Creek 5th wheel. The switch activated valve to empty the blackwater tank functions but does not completely seal.

I do not seem to see how one accesses these valve to repair or replace.

I have opened and shut it several time but still seems to leak.

Cannot fill tank to add chemical to breakdown any debris.

Advise please as to how to correct or replace valve

Thanks

A quick fix would be to put a bayonet mount dump valving at the end of the sewer outlet. This would let you use everything as normal that way you could have the electronic valve repaired in the off season.
