BAL X-chocks screws loose

on our last trip, while setting up, I found that screw laying on the tailgate, ... discovered it came from one of my x-chocks, ... been using them for over 4 yrs, never even thought of looking for something like loose screws, checked the other one and sure nuff, it was just about two threads from falling out as well, ... finding it like that, made for an easy fix, but it could easily have fallen onto the ground into the grass and never be seen again, that would have been more problematic, ... when putting it back on, you can't tighten it tight, that will effect the movement of the arms of the x-chock, ... you can just snug it, which allows for unscrewing to happen, at home I'll use loc-tight to prevent it from happening again, ... this is just a heads up about something that apparently can happen, you may want to check yours, ...
