Battery exposed

2016 Vibe 221RBS battery is mounted exposed in front of the propane tanks front cover. Battery box will not fit. Any ideas?

Does the front nose cap not cover the battery and propane tanks on that model. If yes, what are you wearied about?

I understand it is not covered, I have driven lots of cars that did not have a covered battery. are you concerned about the gasses or dirt getting on the battery?

If I understand this correctly, the tanks and the battery are under the same cover? If so I would really be concerned about a propane leak and then a spark. Or a full tank venting then a spark. Propane is heavier than air, and will sink, not rise.
