Battery question

We bought a new coachman clipper about a month and half ago. After using it for the weekend we parked
it but didn't plug it in. I hooked it up today and when I checked the battery it was completely dead. Is this normal after about 3 weeks of not being plugged in?

If you left the batteries turned on...probably.

Yes even if you did pull the battery disconnect some items are not allowed to be disconnected by rule/code/law such as your fire alarm and CO2 detector. Disconnect a lead off of the battery or install a real battery disconnect switch.

If you are going to continue to leave it disconnected from everything you are going to need some solar panels to keep your batteries up. That is what I do all winter and it takes charge out of the batteries even with the disconnect pulled. You need to charge at least once every few weeks.

Thanks, we are very new to this. I've found a ton of great information here so figured I'd get a straight answer. I guess I'll look at solar chargers now.
