X2 on the 270 smoker!

Haven't found a good way to get it in the motor home yet.

I don't do gas grills (am I the only one left?) and am a huge Weber fan. So I take a Jumbo Joe for grilling, and if I feel like going to the trouble, I have a Kenmore smoker. But it mostly lives on my deck at home.

ID:	107019i found this little gem at lowes and used it last weekend camping. It is heavy duty and works as a grill or smoker. You can slide out the drawer and add wood or coals or even dump the coals (so it cools down fast when done). It only set me back about $70. I put the coals in a chimney on a side burner so I'm cooking in minutes. I smoked a pork loin on it last weekend. I wonder what's next.

Let me know how it goes I've been looking for a reason to pull the pin on 1 of these. The girlfriend said I should go bigger as we can wheel it out the ramp door and we have room for it. It's just her and I for now and maybe host a few others once in awhile.

Kamado Joe Jr. In a Costco prep table.

Kamado = $399 at a Costco roadshow event. Lifetime warranty on the ceramic and great customer service.

We also have the bumper mounted gas grill that came on the fiver but don't really plan to use it much. Cook just about everything on the KJ or the Blackstone Griddle.

It's char grill and I'm not certain on the model number but the site says 11236. Someone also found it on walmarts website for $10 cheaper. I put some pork on mine last night. Camping with it again this weekend.
