"BT ERROR" on genesis technologies GT-3.0

Every time I press the blue tooth button on the GT-3.0 all I get is "BT ERROR" message on the screen. Any suggestions on how to correct this and get the blue tooth wording again? Thanks, Doug

Did you try resetting the system? Remove the fuse for a few minutes and see if it resets.

I did try to reset the system, but no luck. Also turned off power to the whole coach and then turned back on with no luck. I will try removing the fuse. Thanks

Are you putting your phone, ipad or whatever you are connecting via bluetooth into the pair search mode before you hit the BT button?

I have not been impressed. The bluetooth is for sound only. You cannot link up and send video It is fine for sending Pandora from your phone if you like though.
