Camper roofs

Well its a good time to do this before it gets cold, clean the roof of the camper! I pressure washed mine today and treated it at the same time! It does take a bit of time but in the long run it will save a lot of headaches

I have always been concerned with using a pressure washer as I was afraid it would damage the roof material somehow. I realize you cannot be right on top of the material with the pressure washer but still worries me.

I have seen it done at an RV park were they come around and use the pressure washer on the roof and sides. I don't do it. I wash the roof on a ladder with a long handled brush.

I use Dicor Rubber Roof Cleaner with a plastic bristle brush on my TPO roof. It gives me a workout but does a good job. It leaves streaks on the sides of the trailer when you rinse it off so plan on washing them as well.
