check list for newbie

I just bought a 31 REDS Palomino Sabre from a private party and haven't pulled it yet. My truck is just about ready for me to go get the 5th wheel. Is there a check list available that shows what to do when hooking up and/or unhooking? I haven't pulled anything since our boat and that was about twenty years ago.
