We usually get ours done every winter when we are in Tucson. The going rate for independants is around $5 - $6 per foot wash and wax.

We have a 37ft 5 th wheel, was recently at KQ RV Ranch in San Diego County. While in the park when had a mobile detail guy come by washed, waxed and conditioner on roof for $250. He had a crew of 3 guys and did a great job. Better than the 500 I was quoted in Central Coast CA

Do you know how much was to clean & condition the roof ???
Sounds like a great deal,,, if they are using the right product on the roof !!!

Cost of waxing your RV?
Just rolled into Yuma. Wash and hand wax 43 foot 5er and mega cab dually for $180. Meguiars wax. I am happy with the work. They also conditioned roof, I don’t remember the product used.

I live in an RV resort in Yuma (Araby Acres)...
The RV wash guys drive through the park every day drumming up business.
I paid over $300 bucks in Albuquerque last April for my truck and 5'ver (and got two dents in my tailgate when the wind blew their step ladder into my truck).
Seems that wash and wax prices are half what they were in Albuquerque...
Kinda wish I had waited as I came here the following week to stay for a few days and ended up buying a park model and parking the 5'ver out back.

There are several here for sale...
They start out around $10,000 on up.
Some of the newer models are running in the $30's on up!
This place is great in the winter, but hot in the summer.
I live here year around now...
Funny...got down to 32 degrees here last night...coldest it's been since I got here!

Have a 42' fifth wheel and it cost me $400+ each time. Now do it my self using soft brush, wash/wax combo solution, and squeeze.

For those of you DIY types, I do some car detailing as a hobby and keep my truck and car pretty immaculate. One think I've found with modern products like synthetic waxes: USE LESS. A little usually goes a very long way. If you're getting a huge build up that takes tons of pressure to buff off, you're wasting product. This isn't your dad's Simoniz.
The spray waxes leave a nice shine, and a little protection, but they're viewed as a "sacrificial" barrier in the car detailing world. They don't last. Paired with a base layer of a good sealant, they'll do the trick for keeping your RV looking good for years to come.

I’m a DYI. Ive been using FLITZ for years. Wax my RV and Car about every 6 months. Here in Florida the Sun is your enemy. Ive found that FLITZ is the best I’ve found to combat the sun and oxidation for this climate. The proper way to apply this wax is to do a area about 4’x4’ , apply with orbital buffer, DON’T let it dry, buff off with microfiber cloth. Really easy on and off. Results are amazing. JMHO.

I have been using Shurhold's Pro Polish (a polymer wax/sealant) for years and my 2013 Rockwood, 88315BSS looks as good as it did when I bought it. I agree, don't use too much. The Pro Polish is so easy to buff, I don't even use my electric buffer with it.

Currently at Yuma trailer park.
Had my trailer washed and waxed( I supplied my wax) for $100. They did my tv also.
They did my friends tv and 38’ toy hauler for $120.
Very nice job and made my trailer look brand new
I also got a 16’ awning for $350 on my electric awning.
