Diesel fueling

Many posts about where to fuel and not to fuel. As far as I'm concerned it is personal preference. But seems a lot of people do not know of pilot/ flying j plus card. Use it at the pump,( like a credit card ) get &.08 off the CASH price. Must be paid off each mo. Usually the &.08 makes up for a some times higher price.

Happy traveling!!!

The problem with FlyingJ/Pilot is that their diesel fuel is so high that even with 8 cents off it is to expensive. I have a Flying J a few miles from my small ranch in SE Texas and their diesel fuel is 20 to 25 cents more them the other gas stations in the area. I use Gas Buddy for prices.

Feel the same way. Fly J close to us is .20 higher than anywhere else.

Got that right their prices are out of site. You would think with all the diesel they sell to truckers they would have lower prices.

I agree that the prices at Pilot/flying J are way too high, even with my Good Sam discount, I would be paying more than local stations are offering. Also, with the RV you end up in the truck line for diesel, and it takes forever to get out!!

Yep, most truck stops are higher. I don't care. We use them for convenience.
We prefer using Flying J/Pilot, when available, while towing. Most have an RV section so you don't have to use the truck or auto lanes.
The RV Plus card is great. Discounts at all pumps (can be used in semi lanes) and inside also.
I get to fill my Philmor cup also
