Door locks

Another question from a new trailer guy. There is so much difference form a motorhome to learn. The door locks seem very cheap. At the dealership I was told the top lock is the same on all units. The bottom lock seem to be one that only so many are made before repeating the number.
Has anyone replace the locks with something better?

Good Point Ronconp. If I remember correctly, my dealer said that there are 12(?) different key combinations for all FR Trailers.

I have given thought to swapping out our door lock and cargo locks - but more as a Convenience factor than for security (it never fails, I go out to the RV and leave my keys in the house).

There is a lock company that makes combo/keyless locks for RVs but they are a tad on the pricey side. (rvlock.com)

Camco makes 3 position cargo hatch locks for under $15.

I switched out my door lock and cargo locks with keyed alike locks. I got them from rvlocksandmore.com It was simple and now with everything being keyed alike, it is convenient. Also I got the no master key setup to eliminate that possibility. I think I have $50 or $60 in to do the whole rv.
