Dumb question about a slide out

I hate to post such a simple question but I need help.
My parents own a 2001 Sandpiper 38' with 2 slide outs. They purchased the rv set up in a campground. They are replacing it with a FR park model.
First let me explaiin I live 400 miles away from them and can't help them figure this out.
The question is..... where is the slide control for the masterbed room slide? They see the one for the livingroom/kitchen but have not located the one for the master bedroom. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

In our Salem trailer there is only one switch for the slide outs. They are set up in a sequence order.

When opening the kitchen living room slide open first than the bedroom slide.

When closing the bedroom slide closes first than the kitchen living room slide.

I would have them try the slide control to see what happens.

I only have one slide on my TT but from looking around and inside of other trailers I have noticed that the slide control switches are "usually' located in the same spot. If not all together then I would imagine it would be closer to the master bedroom so that when operating the slide you would have full view of what is happening!!

Thanks for the responses. I called a local service center. They told me most likely there is only one switch for both. They are going to try it when they go down there this week.

I appreciate the responses. My parents are getting older and tend to overlook things or get flustrated looking so I try to help them. Just wished I lived closer to them.

Thanks again

What state are your parents in? There are some seasonal campers here on the forum that may be in the same park. If so they dont mind lending a hand.
