electric awning question

Hi
Just bought our trailer. (new)
It has an electric awning on it. On the non motor side, I noticed that when it rolls out or in it seems to be out of round on the non motor side. The motor side is fine.
It goes both ways very smooth, but I can physically see the "hub" on the non motor side moving up and down, almost like it is a cam.
Is this normal or do I call the dealer to get something repaired?

Thanks
Mark

Deploy it and get on a ladder and see if the hub is coming off the tube. If it is, take it back to the dealer or fix it yourself with screws or rivet if possible.
