I am confused. Wildwood customer service told me they no longer offer the 2nd year warranty after 6/1/17. Some of you have gotten the warranty after that date? If so I may just send in the form with a check and see what happens.

The way it was explained, was that any unit bought BEFORE 6/1/17, still qualified.

Now since this is a major change, like any big organization, it may not have gotten to all FR employees.

I called FR today to clarify this
I was told that coverage for 2018 models varies by state and by the VIN
they are transitioning away from the warranty for ALL future models
Any 2017's purchased though, will still be covered (again state will vary for some reason)
This is also regardless of the purchase date
Im dealing on a new 2017 right now, Ill pay for it now, but wont take possession until next May, which is also when the 1st year warranty will start
they will STILL honour the 2nd year warranty, which BTW covers EVERYTHING the 1st year covers

I called from Canada (Saskatchewan) and they 100% will offer it to us here, on all NEW 2017 models
It can be applied for up to 90 days after you take "possession" of the trailer

hope this clarifies this some

I am into my 2nd year of our purchased extended warranty. The few times I have called they request my vin and a photo of the offending piece (speaker or window opening armature) and it was no drama.
