Exterior 3 burner Gas Cooktop hookup?

Im sure this is a simple question but I don't know the answer. I have a cast iron 3 burner cooktop that I hook up to a 5 gallon propane bottle. It has its own adjustable pressure regulator. The regulator is very handy because it adjusts the flame better than the brass ball valves the cooktop has on it.

I also have a quick connect fitting just below the propane bottle on the right side of the camper. It is providing low pressure gas after the changover regulator. Can I hook up to the low pressure from the camper to the cooktop's regulator and get reliable gas from the camper or would I have to remove the adjustable regulator that is currently on the cooktop?

Thanks in advance for your help

I think you are gong to have to either "T" in downstream of the adjustable reg with a fitting for your trailer, or try with the adjustable set to wide open and see if you get enough propane to the stove then use the burner valve to regulate.
