First Shakedown Trip and had some bugs. Need some parts for repairs!

Hi all,
My wife and kids did our first Shakedown trip this past weekend and had a few issues.

1. I read it was a good idea to put a cooler in the tub while traveling. It was a good idea until I realized the cooler slid and broke the tub stopper. Now I need a new one and there are plastics pieces stuck in the gray water tank.

2. Forgot to secure pocket doors - now I need some new latches.

3. Forgot lots of items that would have been really useful but we immediately packed the trailer with them upon returning home.

Does anyone have a good packing checklist they could share?

Does anyone have good site to order repair parts for RockWood trailers?

Thanks,

Dave

All and all you did fairly well. All those things are small potatoes.
The plastic pieces inthe tank will eaily flush out.

Everyone has their own lists and can easily start one of your own.
Here is my generic one I use.

no such thing as a parts site for Rockwood trailers. most parts are just common parts that are used by all RV manufacturers.
other than the FR parts dept., you just go to Home Depot/Lowe's or a RV supply/parts store.

The only maintenance suggestion I can give you is make sure your tire pressure is checked before every trip. If you go to a higher altitude it will change and you don't want low pressure in any tire and have it blow. It will damage lots more than just the tire.
So carry a good pressure guage and a nice small electric air compressor

It is a pdf file and you need Acrobat Reader to see it.
