First time sanitizing

Just got our first trailer, 2016 FR stealth evo. Trying to get ready for our first trip, says I should sanitize the fresh water system with a bleach/water mix. How do I get the mixture in? Says pour it in the hose before I hook it up to the water supply, seems like that's going be hard pouring into a little garden hose. I must be missing something?? Anyone have a sugestion?

Just use a funnel. If you pour the bleach mixture (not full strength) in your white drinking water hose and then fill the tank with that hose, you'll sanitize both the hose and the the trailer's water system.

You can use one of these to help fill the tank if your tank fill port isn't a threaded fitting.

On many units, you either have to pour it into the end of a drinking water hose OR the not-much-larger FW tank fill hole. In either case, the funnel is helpful as itat wrote.
