Fix Fridge freezing problems

I am new to this post and was cruising through some old topics (there is some good stuff out there) Anyway one common complaint was Dometic Fridges freezing up. I had the same problem, what does that little white thing do on the back of the fins anyway? So what I found that works is a Product called Snip the Tip. for about 30 bucks, it replaces the slide thingy (technical term) with a thumbnail sized thermostat. And yes it works GREAT! No more exploded pop or warm milk...set it and forget it!

I do not want to endorse a product, but don't replace your over priced fridge, save some bucks... just SNIP THE TIP!

Happy camping and Be safe!

I did the same thing on my MH fridge. It has worked great. They should put them on all of them from the factory.
