Flagstaff T12SC Newbie

New to trailer camping. Just brought our new "pad" home yesterday evening. We were disappointed, however, to discover that the radio remote is infrared. This means that while sitting at the table (or in bed), you would have to get, walk over to the door and point the remote at the radio to make any adjustment. When we discovered this, I went into the house and brought out a convex mirror (such as you would stick on your left/right rear-view mirror on your tow vehicle to see your blind spots). I taped it, temporarily, to the upper end of the cabinet across from the radio. Now we just point the remote at the mirror, which reflects the IR signal to the radio. Really hi-tech, eh?
