Fridge On or Off
Our Georgetown is our second RV of our seven year camping experience. Once the season starts we leave our fridge on all season parked in the driveway ready for our next outing. That is one convenience of having a RV is its on demand readiness.
What does everyone else do out there in RV land, fridge on between trips, stocked with basics and ready to go, or off and empty only to turn on and restock before each trip.

Off unless were going the very next week.
Albeit our trips mostly revolve around weekend getaways or long weekends.

On all season as well. In fact, in my old TT, we left it on over the one winter as well. We keep a space heater going to keep the inside from getting to freezing. Silly, but it works for us.

We always turn on the night before trips. Is your parking spot level? Mine is not and I only level when turn on fridge.

Off. Turn it on 24-36 hours prior to departure, and load up with food night before leaving. SWMBO counts every penny, so we leave it off.

Leave it on automatic except when defrosting and if we're not going to use it for a month or more. It happens to be off right now as TOWTA just defrosted it and cleaned it. Will turn it on at the end of this month and start packing it for Goshen and beyond. Won't turn it off until probably in late Mar when we get back from FL.

Since we keep our fifth wheel at a storage lot the fridge stays off between trips. I'll go out to the lot the day before a trip and turn it on so that in the morning we can put food in it before we leave.

OFF - we do not have the luxury of having our rv parked near by. Theer are no hook ups and we go at least once a month if not twice. Just run down to parking spot in the woods and turn it on.

On our last 2 TT's we always left it on from Apr - Oct. Now with the MH it has a residential fridge and same thing with it on from Apr - Oct. This way there's no need to keep dragging the same food jars etc back and forth each time we go. Some times it might be 3-6 weeks between trips.

I'd do this, if I could store my camper at home. But alas, storage lot and no electricity are my life. Fridge gets turned off when she gets put away.

X2
Except for the woods part. Mine is stored at my local Shrine's storage facility.
We'll often bring it out to the Shrine CG the night before a trip to get the fridges cooled off. Makes loading the food a whole lot easier.

We leave ours on all the time.We go camping pretty much every weekend and its easier to leave it on and stocked rather than empty it every Sunday when we get home. Its plugged in so we use electric, would never leave it on propane for weeks on end.

I keep mine off except if we are doing back to back trips which does happen. I usually turn the fridge on 1 sometimes 1days prior to leaving. My DW just keeps dry and canned goods in the trailer at all times.

To clarify, my rig is parked in my driveway all season so that makes it easy to have her plugged in and the fridge on Auto. Nice having it cold when I want to add some beer! Also makes it easy when we shop for food that we want to take on our next outing to bring it home and just stock immediately into the RV, saving trips in and out of the house on departure days.

I'm the same as Firefighter969, typically off between trips, unless we're going back to back weekends, then I'll just come home and plug the camper to shore power and leave things running. I park it close enough to the house that I could plug it in 24x7, but I don't see the point, as I have a beer fridge in my basement already running.

We leave it on set to auto ready for the next trip. It stays plugged in when parked in its house.

Off between trips, we leave the camper plugged in, but we turn the fridge off, and use the spacers to allow the fridge to air out the inside when not in use. A few days before a trip we remove the spacers, close the doors, and turn the fridge back on. We stock it up a couple of days before we leave for any trip.
