Front Frame Hitch

I took a notion to buy a front frame hitch (pic is in my avatar) 2 years ago.I first saw them on the east coast-Boston.
With that said-I slide a Harbor Freight "basket carrier" into it.It's a good way to increase your carrying capacity for bulky/heavy/ugly things=>ie waste tanks.
It's a solid 2" steel hitch bolted to the front of the frame.
I use it for our Sea Eagle inflatable 14' boat at 80#.
It's also handy for hauling water from the parks H20 source back to camp.
The hitch was $150 from E-trailer.
2013 Palomino 30ft. of Pure Bliss at 5400#-and then we have this 14 ft.Sea Eagle that I tote around for my wife and son.Michigan State Parks are The Best !:thumbsup
