Unhappy furnace setting

We have run our A/C and furnace on our forest river wildcat many times since we set on RV'ing fulltime this June. Yesterday morning I went to turn the furnace on to take the chill off and it somehow got set to Celcius. It only goes up to 32. And it is blowing cold air. I need to know how to reset it, i have read the manual and see nothing regarding this.

You didn't mention what brand of thermostat you have but just in case it's a Dometic here's a link to the manual. Scroll down to page 6 to set 'C' & 'F'.
