Furrion Back-Up/Observation Camera

For those with the Furrion Back-Up/Observation Camera I wanted to share this little hack.

As many of you know, you will get the best range/reception if your camera's antenna is vertical but the way it installs, it tends to always want to lean toward the rear by snapping back in the angle joint. Here's the fix... heat shrink!

I took a small piece of heat shrink tubing, slid it over the antenna "joint" area with the antenna leaning back or straight, warmed it up then held (pressed) the antenna vertical (bending the elbow as the tubing warmed and got soft). Finished shrinking the heat shrink tubing and held the antenna until it cooled. SUCCESS!

Hope this helps y'all!
