I'm sure Lowes or Home Depot may carry

Looks like I won't need the crimping tool with the shark bite fittings , right?

I think that is it , have to confirm that the external treads on the toilet valve are 1/2" and that should do it.

You may need some type of clamp on the fitting with the barb side?? Not sure have not had experience with PEX or shark bites. I'm not sure if regular clamp would work.

After watching the video on shark bite they make it appear as if they don't use clamps but by the looks of that fitting it sure does look like it would need a clamp. This sucks pretty bad right about now, this leak was caused by this broken nut, once I fix this most of the trailer should be ok. The guy who sold it to me left that detail out , bastard , lol.

But from what I have seen about your repairs you are still ahead of the game.

Getting my old tt ready but then.....

I still have tires to replace but even then I don't feel too bad cause everything works ( aside from this leak but we'll get it fixed). Thanks for your help , you Guys are good support for us newbs. I'm going to call the Rv shop and ask for a quote then hitting the menards and just getting a feel for how much to repair this problem. Part of me feel like paying cause if I do it and it's not done well I'll end up spending twice . I wish I could use a rubber hose and a hose clamp but I get that there's pressure in there

That would make your total cost $26.00 and no worry about banding.

$6.85 at HD. This will work for what you need.

It's not shark bite but it does look like a compression fitting of some sort - that should do it
