Gravel vs Wood for Parking

I used 3/4" traffic bond gravel to make a parking spot for the Salem 27RKSS trailer. As time for longer term parking arrives (winter), is the gravel surface ok to park long term or should I put down planks for the tires to sit on?

Mine sits for 5 months every winter on small gravel at a campground in Arizona....
