Hauling 19' kayak with travel trailer

Anyone have any "best way" to haul a 19 Ft kayak within a state that does not allow a trailer attached to another trailer. Has anyone attached a kayak to the underside of a trailer (13" DEPTH) much like a spare tire ? I prefer not to roof top on towing vehicle.

Roof top on the trailer is what I'd consider. A Thule rack, rollers on the back, and a rope to pull it up.

A have an Old Town 15 footer and haul it above my Tundra with a Thule Xsporter. Works great.

We put 2 10'ers on the vehicle roof, bikes inside the trailer. Is your Kayak too long to go on the truck with a rack? I have an SUV, not a pickup.
