Ok, yes, we did walk away (although it was everything we needed) it was a 2013 late manufacture Evergreen Sun Valley in perfect (wonder if it was garage kept) condition. Everyone we consulted here or other related professionals told us to leave it, even if we loved it, eventually we'd want to trade or sell and good luck with that.

The only time I've ran into this is when we purchased our TT, it is a wildwood XLT 2014 model. When we looked at it the dealer had just got it the day before and it was brand new but it was in June of 2013. When I went to the credit union to finance it was so new the VIN wasn't in NADA database yet so they went off of a 2013 year with the same model, still got it financed with no problems.

Ours seem to be somewhat the same. The dealer had told us that our 2012 was an end of the year build. It has larger tires and a bigger AC, changes they were making for the next year model. I just looked at the NADA guide and it is not listed. If I looked at the 2013 it is there. We did not finance but I find it hard to believe that we could not finance it because of this.
