Having an Issue with the Reese Revolution

I am having an issue with the Reese Revolution that I am looking for some assistance with. I have had my 5th wheel for several months now and it came with the Reese Revolution. Everything I read was very positive and when I picked it up, the dealer used the universal wedge. I have a Husky hitch and noticed that only around 1/2 an inch was touching the hitch.

Well, after only one short trip, and while I was on the road, I noticed that when taking a turn there was movement at the hitch. The arm on the revolution would move around 3/4 of an inch and then the weight of the trailer would kick in when the arm stopped. Not a good feeling at all this weight would take and I could feel it move the truck.

So, while camping, I went to a RV store and they ordered the custom wedge for the Husky. The guy spent an hour trying to get the wedge seated properly and it appeared he did. After several miles it was apparent that it didn't work. On one side of the wedge, I can see that it is not touching the side of the hitch by about 3/16". This translates to around 1/2 to 3/4" movement which is not a good feeling.

When the RV guy was installing the wedge, it appeared at one point that the wedge was touching the king pin.

Today, I am going to remove the wedge and grind off a little at the end to make sure it won't touch and then re-install.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Thanks
