Hitch Upgrade??

We just upgraded out tow vehicle from an F150 to an F250. When trying to attach out hitch, we discovered the 250 has a class 4 hitch receiver and our shank for out EazLift WD/SC hitch is a class 3.

It seems that all WD/SC hitch combos are Class 3. My wife is concerned that the hitch sleeve lowers our hitches weight max. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

It does not, I have 2014 ram 3500 and pulled a 30 foot toy hauler at around 9500 lbs, I didn't have any issues,
