Isata 5 dually tire inflation

I am unable to get air into the inner rear tires. I use a "Milton" air chuck. Which is supposed to work. I had a truck tire place put longer metal valves on the inner tires. I am still not able to get to the tire valves.

Is there a long narrow chuck that I need to find better suited than the Milton?

Is there a longer valve stem (metal) that is used?

Has somebody figured this out?

I have the Alcoa Rims.

i have a chuck that was given to me by the owner of the truck previously that basically threads onto the valve stem on the tire then has flexible hose like the Melvin and is a regular valve stem on the opposite end the put air in. i tried to find a picture on google (im at work) but if i remember ill take a picture of it when i get home

I can barely touch the valve with my finger tips. I don't think I can clamp it down. Though the screw on idea might just work. I will pursue that and try it at home (just incase all the air escapes in the experiment)

Thank you for the idea.
