We eat the same as we do at home. 98 % of the time we eat/cook outdoors. At the beginning of the trip the freezer and fridge are packed full, for long trips we replenish as we go.
Breakfast could range from cereal or toast to eggs, bacon, homefries, pancakes, waffles, French toast.
Lunch is sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, salads. Light stuff
Dinner usually first night we do camp pies over fire. Then rest of time it's meat, potato, salad, I've made pizza lasagna, spaghetti, chilli, any major thing we have at home we have camping.
One of the best thing about camping is eating outdoors.

What are camp pies?

Interesting. I guess I could use the dry Head Country rub to cook with and then shred the meat and add the sauce.

I do a lot with my crock pot. Chilli, pulled pork, roasts, ribs, soups. Set it in morning before leaving on adventure then come back to camper and have dinner 1/2 made.
