Kitchen Cabinets

I have a Rockwood 2502s and I'm stumped when it comes to organizing the kitchen. What do people put in the cabinets over the sofa? The cabinet doors swing up over the stove or flip down over the sofa so I don't know what I could mount on the inside of the doors.

I have the Flagstaff 25DS. I put all my plastic containers, paper goods over my sofa. I don't like a lot of weight on hanging cabinets. Over my stove I have coffee pot, spices and kitchen towels. Again lite.

Cabinets

I have a Flagstaff Micro Lite with cabinets over the couch similar to yours. I put my bagged snacks there for one - cheetos, doritos, chips. Also put bagged dog food/snacks. And I store my glass plate from the microwave there for rolling. First time out with mine found the microwave plate on the floor. Luckily it didn't break.

My microwave plate I leave in the microwave. I use my kitchen towels and the cover. The cover we use to keep micro clean while heating. So far so good.

We have a 3050s Sunseeker MH with loads of storage so very lucky!
I have cabinets like those pictured over my dinette and I have my dishes there in piles across- small and large plates, bowls (4 of each) and then still have room for a couple of fabric bins for wine glasses and drink glasses. At other end I have another fabric bin with paper plates standing up.In my kitchen area I have a cabinet next to microwave where I keep all the coffee supplies.Pots and pans go in lower deep drawer under range area and then still have 4 drawers for cutlery, cutting boards, wax paper foil etc.Above our sofa we have more cupboards and use these for games, bug spray, batteries, maps and so on.
I hope this has helped you!I have a separate pantry!

We put our paper plates, napkins, and placemats on one side. The other side is used for bagged snacks, (Plastic) jars of peanuts or cashews, maybe cookies or crackers.
