need help

i Have a 21FRBS this will be my first winterize with it. i followed the PDI instructions to winterize it. didn't work i drained the hot water tank and made sure the hot water heater bypass is working. I attached a hose to the anitfreeze inlet put 2 gallons of pink stuff in a bucket opened the cold tap on the kitchen sink turned the water pump on and nothing the water pump is working . i know this because i thought i had the tank valve turned the wrong way boy was i surprised when pink stuff started blowing out the city water inlet I need help. i have attached pictures.

also how do i open the low point drains ? i know is sound like a newbie but on my last TT winterizing was very simple apparently this one is not

From your pictures it looks like the valves are in the correct positions. The antifreeze hose must be below the surface of the antifreeze in the bucket at all times. The pump must be able to prime by drawing a suction and then drawing the antifreeze up and thru the pump. If this does not work try pouring some antifreeze directly into the antifreeze pick up hose and then putting the hose below the surface of the antifreeze. Once primed the pump should be able to draw the antifreeze from your bucket and into the lines of the RV. On the low point drains just unscrew the black caps on the ends of the pipes.

Stuff blowing out the city water inlet means that the little check valve is stuck open. It's just a rubber flap. You might be able to manipulate it to get it to reseal.

On the low point drains, use two pliers or wrenches. One on the hex part of the fitting and one on the cap. You don't want to spin the fitting if you can help it.

To reseat the check valve in the city water connection, you could also hook up city water and run a gallon or so through the valve.
