We use a mild spic n' span solution, or maybe Lysol. There's nothing special about the material, same stuff in peoples houses.
Fill one side of sink with soapy water and the other side with clear water. Get an old towel, sop it in the soapy water and wring it out. Now drop it on the floor and shuffle it around the camper with your feet. Repeat for the "Rinse cycle." Get the soap up so as to not dull the finish.
Drop the towel in the laundry. Total time 5 minutes, and you don't have to drag a mop around with you everywhere you go.
