New use for a curtain rod

We normally don't like to run the generator in our MH while driving just to run the AC. We recently took one of those cheap spring loaded rods and hung a curtain at the back of the cabin. So far we've been able to use just the AC from the dash to keep cool.

Good idea.
I just hang a sheet from the bunk above the cab area down behind the front seats. I tuck it under the mattress and let it drop to the floor. Down the road I go with AC in the "cab area" working much better.

But doesn't that decrease rear visibility?

I kid...sounds like a great idea! I've always wondered if folks have to run the gen going down the road in order to keep it cool in the rig.
