outside mat

Looking for a quality outside mat, probably 9x12. I know there are different makes and materials. Any recommended manufacturers would be appreciated.
I'm assuming something that dries easily and folds into a small case would be the way to go ?

I recommend Amazon and read the user reviews. Ours is plastic, folds easily into a case and drys quick.

Check out the "Ming's Mark" brand. Well satisfied with material and available patterns

6 years of extensive use and we still love our Fireside Awning Mat. We have the 9’ x 20’ size.

We have a mat by J&J Sunshades. This is the link: rvmat.com | Our Mats. What I like about their mat is that it allows the water to seep through and does not kill the grass underneath. Also, the mat is not rigid - it is very flexible. We purchased ours at the Tampa RV Show in 2017 and love it. A little on the pricier side, but I believe it will last the rest of our lives (we are 60). They will make one any size you would like.

Wal-Mart carries a quality awning mat. We bought one from our dealer when we bought our first TT. And bought a smaller one at Wal-Mart a few weeks later. Both are breathable. They let the water through and do not kill the grass underneath.

Ditto on the WalMart 9 X 12. We've had ours for around 7 years and although the cloth edging is getting a bit frayed, the mat is still in good shape. We do make sure it is clean & dry before we pack it away between trips and I thin that helps it last.

Costco also carries them...have 2 from them, the first one is has been in use for 5 yrs...they are like the ones Camping Gator refers to...water seeps through, won't kill the grass and they dry very quickly and are very easy to hose down or rinse off if you need to. Leave them in the sun for a bit afterwards and they dry off pretty quickly....and they are much cheaper than many places.

Years ago I bought a 9X12 piece of astroturf. Folded in half lengthwise and rolled it up. Perhaps a little heavier than the fold up mats of today but it lasted for years. Once or twice a season I'd toss it over the fence and hose it off. Was great for keeping shoe borne crud out of the trailer.

We had the AstroTurf when we had a pop up, but it was very heavy when it rained. Our mat is easy to broom off and fold up. We store it in a bag they gave us that is made out of the same material. It resides under our bed when not in use.
