pipes not draining

Is your grey tank just full? Been there before, when we thought there was no way it was yet...

our neighbor at the campground had the same issue...turns out the trailer had 3 holding tanks and they didn't know it. the pull handle for the galley tank was further under the trailer than the other 2.
