plywood snags mattress

When lifting the mattress to access storage underneath, the rough plywood deck under the mattress would snag the mattress as the deck and mattress were raised. I bought a gallon of ice cream in a square plastic bucket, ate all of it, then cut two bottom corners from the bucket. I tacked and Gorilla taped them to the corners of the plywood to leave smooth, slightly rounded corners. If anyone else wants to try it, let me know; I'll eat the ice cream.

We just bought some CHEAP stick on tile and did the whole platform. Less than $20 but more than the ice cream buckets, but not as fattening.

I bought a linoleum remnant at Sherwin Williams for $12 and stapled it on the plywood in my wildcat. My rockwood is neatly trimmed out with no splinters.

We sanded the plywood smooth and rounded off all of the edges. Then we applied 2 coats of West Systems Epoxy - problem solved.
