A word to the wise .... even tho most trailer bumpers are made to function as sewer hose storage, it is not a good idea. The reason why ? .... sewer hoses are often put away wet or damp . This dampness eventually (and it doesn't take that long !) begins to rust out the bumper interior, causing rough surfaces, which abrades your sewer hose causing small holes in the hose. You can guess what happens after that
. There are several other hose storage solutions available, including plastic fence posts, plastic storage tubes, etc etc.
We found that the Rhino flex system is a good aftermarket hose choice.
