Last year I had to have a window replaced. Since it was under warranty, I had a well known RV place do the work. My extended warranty provider recommended this place. Long story short they did a terrible job sealing the outside of the window. Apparently they used a sponge to smooth out the caulking. I did not notice it at the time of the repair, but now I have a thin, dried on film of caulk about 3" wide around the window frame which very off color. I asked for help from the RV place that did the work, but they were not much help. Even claimed they did not cause the problem. So, besides a lot of elbow grease, any other ideas on how to remove this film? My may concern is not damaging the TT's white skin paint. Thanks in advance.
